for Access to the DMT Finance Control Online Service

This Public Offer is an official offer by sole proprietor Makeiev Denys Olehovych, taxpayer registration number 3050700771, address: Ukraine, Zakarpattia Region, Mukachevo, 41/64 D. Golytskoho St., e-mail: support@dmt.net.ua, hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”, to enter into an agreement for access to the online service DMT Finance Control under the terms set out in this document.

1. General Provisions

1.1. DMT Finance Control is an online service for financial planning, income and expense tracking, transaction import, reporting, payment calendar, cash flow forecasting and analytics.

1.2. This Public Offer is a public contract and an adhesion agreement. The User may accept it only in full.

1.3. Acceptance of this Offer includes any of the following actions:

• registering an account;
• confirming agreement with the service documents;
• paying for a subscription plan;
• actually using the service.

1.4. If the User does not agree with this Offer, the User must not use the service.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Provider grants the User access to the functionality of DMT Finance Control, and the User uses the service according to this Public Offer, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and the selected subscription plan.

2.2. The service may include:

• creation of financial accounts;
• tracking income, expenses, transfers and balances;
• transaction categorization;
• import of bank statements and other files;
• imports or integrations with CRM, SalesDrive, NovaPay and other systems;
• payment calendar;
• cash flow forecasting;
• charts, reports and dashboards;
• AI assistant;
• data export;
• other features available in the interface.

2.3. The exact functionality depends on the selected plan, technical availability and enabled modules.

3. Account

3.1. To use the service, the User creates an account.

3.2. The User is responsible for the accuracy of submitted data, password security and account access security.

3.3. All actions performed through the User’s account are deemed to be performed by the User unless proven otherwise.

3.4. If the User creates an account on behalf of a company, sole proprietor or other organization, the User confirms having proper authority.

4. Plans and Payment

4.1. The service is provided under subscription plans published on the website or in the interface.

4.2. As of this version, the following basic plans are available:

• Kontur / Personal — UAH 240 per month;
• Rytm — UAH 760 per month;
• Puls — UAH 1960 per month;
• Shtab — UAH 3560 per month.

4.3. The Provider may offer additional services, including import setup, additional transactions, additional accounts, integrations, consultations, technical setup and other services by separate agreement.

4.4. Payment is made manually for the selected period. At MVP launch, automatic subscription renewal is not used.

4.5. The trial period is 7 calendar days unless otherwise stated on the website or in the service interface.

4.6. Payments may be made through LiqPay, WayForPay, bank transfer or other available payment methods. The active payment system is selected by the service administration on the server side.

4.7. The payment description may be: “Payment for access to the DMT Finance Control online service, plan [name], period [period].”

4.8. Payment confirmation may be a payment provider receipt, bank receipt or another electronic document.

4.9. At launch, the service provides a digital service of access to an online platform. If Ukrainian law requires the use of an electronic fiscal registrar for a certain payment method or business model, the Provider may enable such registrar and provide electronic fiscal receipts.

5. Refunds

5.1. Refunds are possible only if paid access or service cannot be provided due to the Provider’s technical fault, or in case of duplicate or erroneous charging.

5.2. Refunds are not provided:

• for an already used subscription period;
• for correctly provided access;
• for individual services after performance has started;
• if the User did not use the service for personal reasons.

5.3. Refund requests must be sent to support@dmt.net.ua.

6. Important Disclaimer

6.1. DMT Finance Control is not a bank, financial institution, payment system, accounting company, tax advisor, auditor, lawyer or investment advisor.

6.2. Data, charts, forecasts, AI responses and other materials in the service are not financial, accounting, tax, legal or investment advice.

6.3. The User is solely responsible for:

• accuracy of entered or imported data;
• verification of calculations;
• financial and management decisions;
• reporting;
• tax payments;
• compliance with applicable law.

7. AI Features

7.1. The service may include an AI assistant and other artificial intelligence features.

7.2. AI features may be used for data explanations, suggestions, categorization, analytics, error detection or response generation.

7.3. AI may make mistakes or provide incomplete or inaccurate responses. The User must independently verify AI results.

7.4. AI results are not professional advice.

7.5. Passwords, tokens, API keys, payment keys, JWTs, .env secrets or full bank details must not be sent to AI.

8. Third-Party Services

8.1. The service may use third-party providers, including Hosting Ukraine / Ukraine.com.ua, LiqPay, WayForPay, Let’s Encrypt, OpenAI API, GitHub, SMTP services, domain mail and other technical providers.

8.2. The Provider is not responsible for outages, restrictions, rule changes, errors or unavailability of third-party services unless caused by the Provider.

9. Service Availability

9.1. The Provider aims to maintain stable operation but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

9.2. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, hosting, network, data center or payment provider failures, cyberattacks or force majeure.

10. Force Majeure

10.1. The parties are released from liability for failure to perform obligations caused by force majeure.

10.2. Force majeure includes war, hostilities, occupation, missile attacks, cyberattacks, fires, floods, power outages, communication failures, government decisions and other events beyond the parties’ control.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1. All rights to the service, code, design, logos, texts, interface, databases, documentation and other intellectual property belong to the Provider or are used lawfully.

11.2. The User receives a limited right to use the service within the selected plan.

11.3. It is prohibited to copy, sell, modify, decompile, rent out or create derivative products based on the service without written permission from the Provider.

12. Personal Data

12.1. Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy.

12.2. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of this Public Offer.

13. Termination

13.1. The User may stop using the service at any time.

13.2. Account deletion is requested by contacting support@dmt.net.ua.

13.3. After confirmation, the account and related user data are deleted or anonymized within 30 calendar days, except for data that must be retained by law.

14. Changes

14.1. The Provider may modify this Public Offer.

14.2. A new version becomes effective upon publication on the website unless otherwise stated.

14.3. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

15.1. This Public Offer is governed by the laws of Ukraine.

15.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiations. If unresolved within 30 calendar days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court under Ukrainian law.

16. Language Versions

16.1. This Public Offer may be available in Ukrainian, Russian and English.

16.2. In case of discrepancies between language versions, the Ukrainian version prevails.
