These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the online service DMT Finance Control.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1. By using the service, the User agrees to these Terms, the Public Offer and the Privacy Policy.

1.2. If the User does not agree with the service documents, the User must stop using the service.

2. Permitted Use

2.1. The User may use the service for:

• personal or business financial tracking;
• income and expense planning;
• cash flow analysis;
• transaction import;
• report generation;
• payment calendar;
• AI suggestions if available.

2.2. The User must use the service lawfully, in good faith and without violating the rights of others.

3. Prohibited Use

3.1. It is prohibited to:

• use the service for fraud, illegal financial operations, money laundering or tax evasion;
• violate Ukrainian law or third-party rights;
• attempt to access other users’ accounts;
• interfere with servers, databases or APIs;
• perform DDoS/DoS attacks or other harmful actions;
• upload malicious code;
• bypass technical plan limitations;
• copy or modify the service without permission;
• share account access with persons not allowed by the selected plan.

4. User Data

4.1. The User is solely responsible for data entered, imported or uploaded to the service.

4.2. The User guarantees having the right to process and upload such data.

4.3. The Provider is not obliged to verify the correctness of the User’s financial data.

5. Imports and Integrations

5.1. The service may support import of files, bank statements, CRM data, NovaPay, SalesDrive and other sources.

5.2. Import quality depends on file format, data structure, encoding, API availability and settings.

5.3. The User must verify import results before using them for management, financial or tax decisions.

6. AI Assistant

6.1. The AI assistant is an auxiliary service feature.

6.2. AI may help with data explanations, categorization, error detection, analytical suggestions or answers.

6.3. AI may make mistakes. The User must not make important decisions solely based on AI responses without independent verification.

7. Security

7.1. The User must:

• use a strong password;
• not share access with third parties;
• protect their e-mail;
• report suspicious activity;
• not upload dangerous files.

7.2. The Provider may temporarily restrict access if hacking, fraud or dangerous activity is suspected.

8. Access Restriction

8.1. The Provider may restrict or terminate access if the User:

• violates these Terms;
• fails to pay for the plan;
• creates a security risk;
• uses the service unlawfully;
• violates the rights of the Provider or third parties.

9. Maintenance

9.1. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, incidents, provider failures or force majeure.

9.2. The Provider may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance without prior notice if necessary for stability or security.

10. No Professional Advice

10.1. The service does not provide financial, accounting, tax, legal or investment advice.

10.2. All decisions are made by the User independently.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1. The service, code, design, database, logos, documentation and other materials belong to the Provider or are used lawfully.

11.2. The User may not copy, sell, decompile, modify or create derivative products without written permission.

12. Changes to Terms

12.1. The Provider may update these Terms.

12.2. A new version becomes effective upon publication.

12.3. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Language Versions

13.1. These Terms may be available in Ukrainian, Russian and English.

13.2. In case of discrepancies, the Ukrainian version prevails.
